Vivian Arenas-Battles Appointed as USF Adjunct Professor

Vivian Arenas-Battles has been appointed as an Adjunct Professor in the Urban & Regional Planning Program at the University of South Florida. She is teaching a graduate level “Land Use Law” course. The course includes topics commonly encountered in land use matters including zoning, comprehensive plans, eminent domain, regulatory takings, public records and open government laws, First Amendment issues, community redevelopment and historic districts, environmental law, and judicial and quasi-judicial proceedings.

Vivian is a Shareholder with de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A. and practices in the areas of eminent domain, environmental and land use law and administrative law.
