Our Firm

de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A. was founded in 1975. The name of the firm was changed to de la Parte, Gilbert, McNamara & Caldevilla, P.A. in 2022.

Our law firm is located in downtown Tampa, and has been involved in shaping much of the law that affects Florida’s environmental, health, social services and governmental policies. Our firm serves a diverse portfolio of clients.

While our lawyers practice in over 20 areas of law, we focus primarily on Business Transactions, Environment, Government, Health Law and Litigation.
