de la Parte & Gilbert Lawyers Selected as Best Lawyers in America© 2015
Four of de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A. attorneys have been named once again as Best Lawyers® in the 2015 edition of The Best Lawyers in America©.

David M. Caldevilla and
Vivian Arenas-Battles. were selected in the areas of Utilities Law, Water Law, Appellate Practice, and Eminent Domain and Condemnation Law respectively.
Richard A. Gilbert was selected in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Medical Malpractice – Plaintiffs, and Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs. Only a small number of Best Lawyers attorneys, approximately 10 percent, are listed in three areas of specialty and less than 10 total attorneys share these same specialties. Rich would like to express his appreciation to his many clients who have allowed him to develop an expertise in these areas of practice.

Nick Porter Speaks at Environmental Permitting Summer School
Nicolas Q. Porter was a speaker at the Florida Chamber's 28th Annual Environmental Permitting Summer School, which was held July 22-24, 2014 in Marco Island. Nick spoke on topics involving the regulatory, planning and water supply development programs of Florida's five water management districts.
The Annual Environmental Permitting Summer School is the Florida Chamber's largest short course. Approximately 800 attendees with strong interests in environmental permitting in Florida attend the school each year.
