  • Richard A. Gilbert
    Richard A. Gilbert is a shareholder in the firm of de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A. Rich received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University (Ohio). He has practiced law in Tampa for more than 35 years, and has extensive experience in complex civil trials. He is a Board Certified Business Litigation Lawyer and a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. Rich is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in both civil trial and commercial litigation. In addition, Rich was selected by his peers as a Florida Super Lawyer from 2006-2011 and in the top 100 lawyers in the State in 2006.     Patrick J. McNamara
    Patrick J. McNamara is a shareholder in the firm of de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A. Pat received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree, in political science from the University of Florida.     Vivian Arenas-Battles is a shareholder in the firm of de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A.     Daniel J. McBreen

Dan received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Science degree, with high honors, in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida. He practices primarily in the firm’s civil litigation division. Dan also serves as the firm’s recruiting coordinator.     Kristin Y. Melton
    Kristin Y. Melton is an associate attorney in the firm of de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A. Kristin received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, cum laude. She received her Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Business Management from the University of Florida. She was selected by her peers in Super Lawyers magazine’s list of Rising Stars in 2010 and 2011.

    Michael R. Bray
    Michael R. Bray is an associate attorney in the firm of de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A. Mike received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He received a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Business Administration, and a Master of Science degree in Decision and Information Sciences, both from the University of Florida. He joined de la Parte & Gilbert in 2008 after clerking for the firm as a summer associate in 2007. Mike’s primary practice areas include appellate law, civil litigation, and administrative law. Prior to law school, Mike was a consultant for a large international consulting firm, specializing in systems integration.

    Eric D. Nowak
    Eric D. Nowak is an associate attorney in the firm of de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A. Eric received his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from New College of Florida. He joined de la Parte & Gilbert in 2009 after clerking for the firm as a summer associate in 2008. He primarily practices in the area of civil litigation.
