Team de la Parte & Gilbert Supports Moffitt Cancer Research
de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A. was a proud fundraiser and participant at the 10th annual Miles for Moffitt run/walk held on May 9, 2015 at the University of South Florida.
Team de la Parte & Gilbert, alongside 6,500 other participants, took part in the annual event to raise awareness and fund cancer research. Every year since the inaugural event in 2006, Team de la Parte & Gilbert has taken part in the event to honor and celebrate loved ones and friends who have been affected by cancer.

de la Parte & Gilbert Sponsors Wheels of Success RACE Event
de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A. was honored to help sponsor the 2015 Wheels of Success Recognition and Appreciation of our Champions Event (“RACE”). The annual RACE event took place on April 24, 2015 at the A La Carte Event Pavilion in Tampa. Dining alongside a racetrack runway, attendees participated in slot car races, driving simulators and live auctions. To celebrate 12 years of serving Tampa Bay, 12 cars were presented to area Tampa Bay families.

Heart Gallery of Tampa Bay – Raising Awareness for Foster Children
The Heart Gallery of Tampa Bay held their annual Be Mine fundraising event on February 12, 2015 at the Palm Ceia Golf and Country Club. de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A. was once again a sponsor of this year's event, There's No Place Like Home, in support of the agency's mission to raise awareness for Tampa's waiting foster children and to celebrate finding permanent, loving homes for children in foster care.
The Heart Gallery uses inspiring and creative professional photographs and videos of children to attract the attention of prospective parents. The program specializes in recruitment for hard-to-place teens, minority and sibling groups and children with special needs.
Rich Gilbert to Speak at State Court Trial Seminar
Richard Gilbert has been invited to speak at the State Court Trial Seminar presented by the Young Lawyers Division of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. The seminar will be held on June 12, 2015 at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse in downtown Tampa.
The State Trial Court Seminar will bring together a panel of judges and top trial attorneys to provide young attorneys with advice and guidance on effective trial techniques and strategies. Rich will be speaking on the topic of examination of witnesses from the plaintiff’s perspective.
