Kristin Melton Becomes Shareholder
de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A. is pleased to announce that Kristin Melton has become a Shareholder with the firm.
Kristin joined the firm in 2007 after receiving her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida. Her practice
is primarily focused on administrative, sports law, environmental, water and government, including regulatory and

Dan McBreen Awarded Martindale-Hubbell® AV Preeminent® Rating
Dan McBreen, a shareholder
with de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A., has received the prestigious AV Preeminent® Rating
from Martindale-Hubbell®. The AV Preeminent Rating is the highest peer review rating available to any individual lawyer
indicating the top level of professional excellence.
Dan began his career at de la Parte & Gilbert in 2002 after receiving his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati.
He primarily practices in the areas of Business Litigation, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death Litigation, Civil Litigation and Personal Injury.
Kristin Morris Participates in Tampa Connection Charity Project
Kristin Morris was selected to represent de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A. in the Tampa Connection class of 2015.
The Tampa Connection selects professionals from the Tampa Bay area to take part in the year-long program designed to
help guide participants into key leadership roles within the non-profit community. As part of the program,
Kristin and members of her team are working with The Children's Dream Fund, an organization that fulfills dreams
for children with life-threatening illnesses.
Kristin joined de le Parte & Gilbert in 2012 and her primary practice areas include Business Law,
