Edward P. de la Parte Featured in Florida Trend Article on Technology
Edward P. de la Parte, Jr., de la Parte & Gilbert’s managing partner, was featured in the February 2013 Florida Trend magazine
emphasizing the positive changes that technology has brought to the legal field. “In my opinion, programs like Exhibit A and
iPads are going to revolutionize trial work in small to medium-size cases. They are going to permit a high-quality trial
presentation at a fraction of the cost that we were paying just a year or two ago. This will level the playing field for
our clients and will ultimately make the administration of justice more efficient and accessible."
Ed de la Parte is a Board Certified State and Federal Government and Administrative Practice Lawyer. He has been with
the firm of de la Parte & Gilbert for over thirty years and concentrates his practice in the areas of Water Law,
Environmental Law, and Land Use. Ed can be reached at edelaparte@dgfirm.com.
