Vivian Arenas-Battles is a shareholder in the firm of de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A. Donald C. P. Greiwe is an associate attorney in the firm of de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A. Don received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame as well as a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business. Don joined the firm after clerking for de la Parte & Gilbert in the summer of 2014. He primarily practices in the areas of civil and business litigation, medical malpractice, appeals, and commercial transactions.

Daniel J. McBreen is a shareholder in the firm of de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A. Dan received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Science degree, with high honors, in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida. He practices primarily in the firm’s civil litigation division. Dan also serves as the firm’s recruiting coordinator.
