of the West Coast Regional Water Supply Authority,
now known as Tampa Bay Water. He has appeared before
most administrative agencies of the State of Florida
in areas such as rule making, rule challenges, rate
hearings, administrative hearings, environmental
permitting, and professional licensure proceedings. |
