A Tampa native, Vivian Arenas-Battles brings substantial public sector experience to the firm, having served as Assistant Public Defender in Hillsborough County, Assistant General Counsel for the Southwest Florida Water Management District, and as an Assistant Attorney General representing the Florida Department of Transportation. Vivian focuses her practice exclusively on civil litigation, particularly eminent domain and groundwater and surface permitting and enforcement cases.
