her Bachelor of Health Science in Occupational Therapy
from the University of Florida in 2000. Her primary

| While in law school, Kelly was
named to the Dean’s List five semesters,
served as a teaching assistant in both Legal Research & Writing
and Appellate Advocacy, and received a Pro Bono
Service Award for dedication and service to those
unable to afford legal services. Kelly was also
a member of the Phi Delta Phi honors fraternity. |
